We are a team that launched a new technology startup in December 2024, and things have taken off much faster than we expected. That is why we are looking for a new teammate to join our nine-person team, someone who is not afraid of challenges and can help us manage everything from A to Z, especially our expansion across Europe.

👀 What else should you know about us?
 

We have not launched just any company. We are building a startup that wants to revolutionize how seniors access quality care through digitalization. And not only in Czechia, but also in other European countries. We bring a lot of experience to the table, including building one of Europe’s most successful startups from the very beginning.

We have already launched our product in Prague, Brno, and Bratislava, and we immediately exceeded our initial goals. We quickly proved that there is strong demand for what we do here, and we are convinced there will be demand in other countries as well. That is why we want to start expanding into new markets this summer.

👨‍💻 What will you do?

Let’s be honest 🍷, you will be a bit of a “do-it-all” person. We are still at an early stage and need help across several areas. But that also means you will gain much more experience and knowledge.

​

What exactly will we trust you with?

• You will help onboard platform workers and support them with everything they need. 👥

• You will help our team shape the strategy, not only for Czechia, but also for expansion into other European countries. 🌍

• We will want to hear even your wildest ideas on how to do marketing and acquire both customers and platform workers. There are no limits to creativity here. 🙌

• You will communicate with customers and help process orders. 📞

• You will support market research when entering new countries, including competition, legislation, pricing, and everything else we need to know. 🔍

• You will make sure our websites are always up to date. Experience with Wix is a plus, but if you do not know it yet, we will teach you. 🌐

🎯 What do we need from you?

• A willingness to take on difficult challenges and not be afraid of the chaos that often comes with startups. 🔄

• Great communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English or German. 🗣️

• Analytical thinking and the ability to support decisions with data. 📊

• Basic experience with marketing or website editors, such as Wix or similar tools, is a plus. 💻

• Availability for 40 hours per week ⏳, ideally if you have just finished university or are only wrapping up your thesis.

• A sense of humor, you will need it here from time to time. 😄
